I've had a few visits to this clinic and each time I'm surprised at how nice everyone is. Starting with the receptionist that always welcomes you with a smile (you can tell even with her mask on) and greeting you by your name, she was also very sweet and patient on the phone when I first called.
I'm not typically scared of going to the dentist having worn braces for years and suffered through a lot of pain and nerves from some of the noises from the machines, however, this is the first time I've felt truly comfortable with my visits.
I've seen Dr. Sen twice, she did my cleaning and did my impressions for a mouth guard, and she was incredibly sweet and caring, making sure you're comfortable and explaining things to you without making you feel bad or anything like that (I've had bad experiences with a dental hygienist before).
I saw Dr. Sultan when I went to pick up my mouth guard and she was also very nice and politely explained things to me.
Plus, the facilities are clean and modern, making you more comfortable with x-rays or impressions (no more sticky thing that suffocates you), and you get a big TV with Netflix to watch whatever you want while they work on you.
Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and I look forward for my next cleaning.
I am here for my toddler boy’s teeth check and cavity fixing. The dentist and staff are very gentle and nice. It is a challenge for kid’s teeth check and clean. However, the dentist was very patient and tried her best to finish the exam and fixing in time. The text message reminder and screening form, new patient form by link are also very convenient and efficient.
Dr. Sen and Dr. Sultan are very gentle, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable dentists around the town. My children had their hygiene appointment at Smile Park Dental. They had an amazing experience and want to come back again. The entire staff is very cooperative, nice and humble. I highly recommend Smile Park Dental . Satisfaction Guaranteed!!!
I got my Invisalign treatment from Dr Sultan and she is such a great dentist - really patient and thoughtful. Firstly the clinic is really clean and modern! For Invisalign, they have a scanner that basically tells you what your teeth will look like at each tray. I also had another dental emergency, and the clinic was able to squeeze me in immediately. Both Dr Sultan and Dr Sen, along with the front desk staff and their dental hygienists are amazing! I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!
Great with kids and great with adults. Everyone, the staff to the dentists are so nice, professional and incredible at their job.
